ORDERS
Placing An Order
Should you encounter any issues at checkout, please contact us by emailing us at cs@jamesanthonycollection.com. Additionally, you may call our customer service staff at 1.949.285.3909.
Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provide at checkout. You will also receive an email from our automated system every time the status of your order has changed. Periodically, we will update the notes on an order, which will be available for you to view through your JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION account, under the specific order number.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your item(s) to ship, once you have placed your order. Note that orders that contain multiple items may not ship together. Freight orders will often require more lead time to ship than do orders that ship via standard methods. We will make every effort to accurately estimate the time-to-ship in the item description, but if you have specific questions regarding the delivery timeline of an item, please contact us at cs@jamesanthonycollection.com.
Special Orders
Special orders require extended lead time and special shipping. When ordering a special order, please reference the lead time mentioned on the product page, or contact JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION at cs@jamesanthonycollection.com for more information. Please ensure this extended lead time meets your required timeline before purchasing. Payment for special orders must be made in-full prior to order processing. Once processed, special orders MAY NOT be cancelled or returned.
Orders to Alaska & Hawaii
JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION ships all items to the lower 48 U.S. states only. As of January 1st 2021, we no longer ship to Alaska & Hawaii, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact us directly at cs@jamesanthonycollection.com.
International Orders
As of January 1st 2021, we are no longer shipping outside of the contiguous United States, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this policy please contact us directly at cs@jamesanthonycollection.com.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order with JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION as long as it has not yet been processed, which is indicated by the status "Preparing To Ship". When an order status is changed to "Preparing To Ship", the order is in the final stages of processing and packaging, and JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION will be unable to cancel the order.
Special orders may not be canceled once they have been paid for.
SHIPPING
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping applies only to orders shipped to the 48 continental United States. For orders shipped outside the contiguous 48 United States see "Alaska, Hawaii & International Orders'" Not valid on previous purchases and may not be combined with any other promotion or discount. Order subtotal, excluding any applicable taxes, must be $60.00 or more. Free shipping will be automatically applied to your qualifying order upon checkout. Free shipping does not apply to any of the following products or services, Sale or Discounted Products, EcoSmart Fire products, La Madeleine Anduze Pottery, Special Orders, or any product that states it has a "Fixed Shipping Cost".
$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping On Orders Less Than $60.00
A flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 will apply to all orders that are less than $60.00. This applies only to orders shipped to the 48 continental United States. Flat rate shipping does not apply to the following products or services, EcoSmart Fire products, La Madeleine Anduze Pottery, Special Orders, or any product that states it has a "Fixed Shipping Cost".
Shipping Times
JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION strives to provide our customers with immediate shipping, whenever possible. Most in-stock, warehouse items, will process and ship within 1 business day, with the approximate delivery time being 2-7 business days after shipment. Whenever possible, shipping estimations are noted on the item's product page.
Shipping Carriers
JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION ships most orders via USPS, UPS or FedEx. JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION reserves the right to make the final determination as to which carrier to use on all orders.
Tracking
JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION makes every effort to provide timely and accurate shipping status and tracking information on all purchases. All customers will receive an email notification of shipment, to include tracking (as available) when an item ships.
As a registered customer of JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION's site, you may check on the status of your shipment at any time by clicking on "My Account," and navigating to the "View Order Status," and "View Order Details" sections. JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION's will make periodic updates on the status of a shipment which may be viewed there.

Freight Shipments
If you are placing an order for an oversize and/or heavy item(s), your order may ship via freight. Freight shipment companies will vary according to our vendor. Basic freight services include economy shipping to the address provided at checkout. If additional services are required, such as a lift gate or inside (white glove) delivery, please make note of that in the order comments section at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange those services. Additional fees will apply.
Please provide an accurate phone number and address at checkout -- you will be contacted by the freight carrier to schedule an appointment for delivery. If the freight carrier is unable to make contact with you to schedule the delivery in a timely manner, you will be responsible for paying the expense of any additional storage fees that occur, prior to receiving your item. Should you refuse to cover additional costs incurred, you will forfeit your right to the merchandise purchased, along with any monies paid towards the purchase and delivery of said item.
Rush Shipments
All JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION orders ship via ground services, unless otherwise noted. If you require a rush shipment, or if you have a specific deadline that you need to meet, please contact JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION about the order you wish to place at cs@jamesanthonycollection.com, and be sure to include your desired delivery date. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional rush shipment charges will apply. Rush shipment dates are ESTIMATED based on information obtained by our vendor. JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION does not assume any liability or incurred costs for deviations from this estimation which are caused by delays from our vendor(s).
E-NRG Bioethanol Standard Shipping Procedures
Once you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped, please allow 3 - 8 working days for transportation of your order.
Hazardous flammable materials (HAZMAT) require special handling, so please remember that your delivery will take just a little longer than normal deliveries.
In accordance with federal regulations, all deliveries must be via ground only (air transport is not permitted). Delivery generally will be through either FedEx or R+L Carriers. Tracking information will be provided to you via account messaging at the time of dispatch confirmation. Please note that we can only deliver within the continental United States.
Standard shipping is to the door only, Monday to Friday, unless otherwise specified on the order. Additional charges will apply if the delivery address is changed after the order has shipped, if specific delivery dates are requested, or if the delivery company is required to make multiple delivery attempts. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.
Quoted delivery prices are flat rate anywhere in the Continental United States.
Nantucket Island and Martha's Vineyard Deliveries
All e-NRG Bioethanol shipments to Nantucket Island and Martha's Vineyard will be shipped to Cape Cod Express for final island delivery. Quoted flat rates are to Cape Cod Express only and all island delivery charges are the responsibility of the ultimate consignee.

RETURNS
General Policy
JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION is proud to offer our customers a unique selection of items, designed to enhance your lifestyle. We understand that some items may not actually fit within the decor of your home once received and that an item needs to be returned.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 14 days of delivery and we’ll exchange it, issue you an account credit or refund the cost of the item, excluding Shipping and Processing fees. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which it was received to receive a full refund. All books must have original shrink wrap. At JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION, we continuously strive to improve our quality standards. All returns are examined by our Returns Department to confirm the return reason. And upon review you will receive an exchange, merchandise credit or refund according to our findings. *
Restocking Fee
All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Authorization
JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION must approve all return requests, regardless of the terms stated for each item. To initiate a return, log into your account, select "Completed Orders" and then select "Return Item(s)" from the order you wish to return from. Once your request has been received and approved, JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION will issue you return authorization number and the address to ship your return(s) to (Note: We are unable to process unauthorized returns). All returns are at the sole discretion of JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION.
Ineligible Items
We regret that we are unable to process returns on items that are not in their original packaging. For health & safety reason, all food items are ineligible for return or exchange. Books must have original shrink wrap. Additionally, JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION is unable to process a return for items that are "Special Order" items or identified as either on "Clearance" or "Sale," or items that are listed as "Final Sale." This policy also applies to items which are identified as "non-returnable" or "ineligible for return" on their product page.
Return Timeline
All eligible products must be returned to JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION within 14 days of delivery. Any items received after the 14-day return period will not be processed for return and will be returned to sender. Additional shipping charges may apply. JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION attempts to process all returns within one (1) week of receipt.
Return Shipments
JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION recommends that you use UPS or FedEX shipping service for your return shipment to us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION does not cover the costs associated with returning an item to us.
Refunds + Credits
The decision to issue either a refund or a store credit is at the sole discretion of JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION. If approved for a refund, it will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. If approved for a store credit, a credit will be issued to your JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION customer account for use on future purchases. JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION will process all refunds and/or store credits once the returned items have been received by our warehouse, and they are deemed to be in suitable (undamaged, unused and in original packaging) condition.
Refunds and store credits are provided LESS the original outbound shipping costs incurred by James Anthony Collection, and any applicable restocking fees. Customers will be responsible for the original outbound shipping costs, even if the shipping cost to the customer was Free, Flat Rate or was included in the product price (i.e. "Free Shipping," or subsidized shipping costs that have been included in the retail price and may or may not be identified on the product page.)
Erroneous + Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your shipment contains the wrong item or arrives damaged, please contact us at cs@jamesanthonycollection.com within 24 hours of receiving the order. Do not discard the damaged item or the original packaging. Be prepared to submit photos to JAMES ANTHONY COLLECTION customer service of both the packaging, and the damage to the items. For insurance purposes, we will be unable to process any claims for damaged shipments that do not have accompanying photographs.
